Linda Gisler
From a very young age on I loved to bake. I can remember being in the kitchen with my grandmother and watching her bake cakes and cookies. As it became time for me to choose a profession I chose to do my apprenticeship in the travel industry. Nevertheless, I could not refrain from baking and supplied my colleagues with cakes and other baked goods on a regular basis. For hours I studied new techniques online and in books to try them out later.

In 2019 I decided to turn my hobby into my profession and went to London. At "Le Corden Bleu" I studied pastry, boulangerie and management gastronomy. Every day I learned new recipes and techniques and fulfilled my creative side. Over the course I assisted in several events, courses and festivals and experienced many different aspects of the job. During my employment at "The Delaunay" in London I intensified my knowledge.

Now I am lucky enough to live my passion and create bespoke cakes and desserts.
